    First of all you need to establish how important is to you to have a healthy lifestyle and eating healthy.
    Then, to answer your question… Quick and easy way to stay focused is to have some structure. I personally called it “school days”. Monday thru Friday you must keep a healthy eating habit by following this formula: lots of water, steamed vegetables and clean protein. You want to keep a light dinner and also you don’t want to drink your calories. One good sign of having a light dinner is waking up hungry.
    Saturday and Sunday (or any other 2 days), allow yourself a treat for keeping such a good diet during the week. That way you will have 5 days of impeccable eating and 2 days of casual eating. When Monday comes, you are back on track.
    Another way of keeping a healthy habit is asking yourself every time before eating a couple of important questions: Is this meal helping me accomplish my goal? and, What can I do better in order to accomplish my goal?
