Absolutely the best and most informative read. You do not have to be a famous athlete to get something out of this. This is for anyone. When I say for anyone, I mean anyone: kids, parents, anyone who goes to work, gym members, coaches, trainers, runners, anyone trying to lose weight, gain weight, anyone who breathes oxygen. It's a very quick read, it helps you focus, helps you to get through day to day life. You might be a stressed person or a happy person and this still has something for you. Like the title says, "High Performance Mentality," it will help your mental clarity. Mr. Frincu explains it in plain, simple, terms. For me, when I attend a gym class, I will be thinking this is hard, can I do it? when will it end? OMG what's coming up next? There is a chapter in the book that helped clear my mind from all of that and the next class I had focus, I did my best and enjoyed every moment I was there. No worries, no stress. That was just one of the chapters, there is not enough feedback space for me to tell you all the great things I got out of the other chapters. This is worth the purchase and it took less than an hour to read.
