On March 5th, a 19-year-old named Jared contacted me asking if he could spend his Summer vacation working as an intern at my gym. I said to call me a week before he wanted to begin. When he did, he asked me what he needed to do in order to get the job. My answer:

“You need to do only one thing:  DO EVERYTHING I SAY.

I told him to be at the gym Monday morning at 5 A.M. Based upon my experience working with teenagers, I assumed he wouldn’t show. But he did. Not only did he come that day, he did everything I told him to do for the next 10 weeks. And believe me, I didn’t make it easy for him!

Being uncomfortable became second nature for Jared during his time at Results Personal Training. From painting the entire gym to cleaning it; from office work to construction work; I made sure his time was well spent and the sweat was pouring off him. And, I made sure his nutrition was on point and appropriate for the goal we set, which was for him to lose 30 pounds by the end of Summer.

Today was Jared’s last day. I’m not going to tell you what he learned during his time at Results — that’s a story he needs to tell himself. However, I am going to tell you he lost 34 pounds, and he’s going back to school a CHANGED MAN in many ways.

Congratulations, Jared, for your performance and your accomplishments. Your work ethic and discipline were an inspiration not only to my clients, but to my team and me. You are living proof that — with hard work and dedication — everything is possible. Keep up the good work, and hopefully, I’ll see you again next year.

Like Jared, you, too, can get your body back in 10 weeks or less. If you’d like to find out more about Jared’s eating and training regimen, email me at Leo@ResultsStudio.com.

I look forward to hearing from you.
