As we get ready to re-open our doors, we understand that not everyone is going to feel comfortable coming in for a workout. In addition, the stay-at-home order is still in place and it’s unclear when it will be lifted.

So we are now offering PERSONALIZED, ONE-TO-ONE ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS so that you, your family and friends can resume your personalized fitness training.

If you’ve already purchased sessions at Results, you can apply those toward your one-to-one sessions. Or you can buy new ones, of course, and enjoy the uninterrupted attention of your personal physical trainer from the comfort of your home.

We have several platforms available including Zoom, Facebook video chat, Skype and Facetime (iPhone), whichever you prefer. Also, you don’t need any fancy fitness equipment — a yoga mat or even a beach towel will be just fine.

The most critical indicator of a successful fitness plan is to make sure you maintain what you have gained as lay-offs quickly lead to the evaporation of fitness and muscle strength. We don’t want our clients to lose the health and fitness gains they have made at Results. Pandemic or no pandemic, let us help you achieve your goals!

We are also continuing our more generic online training sessions, and this week I have a special and unique workout routine called “1000 REPS.” It is designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Also included below are the two 30-minute workouts recorded last week, and an array of the longer workout sessions previously recorded.
